Who we are
What we believe:
We want to see common sense and doing the right thing come back into the world.
We believe that the era of the traditional corporate where only doing what you can get away with is over.
We want to create an environment where people are free to run businesses to make money from genuinely good ideas and good service.
We believe that people are sick of the same and are willing to pay more for different.
We believe in fairness and equality.
We want people to wake up and appreciate what is around them rather than blindly accepting the “norm”.
We believe that firms should take opportunities as they arise and take the risk and have the control to drive their own choices.

Who are we:
Tony Lynch is the principal and founder of Tracton Partners and works with growing businesses to help them get ready for sale and to make their owners wealthy someday.
He has worked at a diverse range of similar firms over the years: ranging from Egg Bank (the world’s first and then largest internet bank), to a Mayfair hedge fund. Having direct experience of large corporate life at Andersen and Bank of New York Mellon, along with roles at early-stage high growth companies, gives Tony a unique prospective.
He currently works with a number of clients including some of Australia’s best-known Fintech entrepreneurs and an ASX listed firm specialising in Smart Cities and Artificial Intelligence.
On the home front, Tony lives on the beautiful Northern Beaches with his wife, Catherine, two active 'tweens' and Buster, the dog.
Tony believes there is another way to be successful in life and business rather than the corporate treadmill that dominates the world today.
Tracton Team:
Since we founded the business in 2015, we have run a number of diverse projects across a range of industries that required specialised help. We have a large network of professionals across strategy, finance, governance, compliance, technology and marketing that we draw upon as needed.
We often drop our people into our client’s business as a cost-effective alternative to hiring full team staff members. Once your project is complete, our people go on their merry way to their next gig and you only pay for what you need. Or in other cases, they become part of the furniture on a part-time or flexible basis.
